IPSA World Congress on Rome (24-28 July 2027)

Dear RC20 Members,
We would like to cordially invite you to join us at the 29th IPSA World Congress of Political Science, which will take place from 24–28 July 2027 at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, Italy. Next year's general theme is “Uncertain Democracies: Rethinking Governance in a Changing Global System”, and we warmly encourage RC20 members and RC20 Board Members to submit panels and papers and to contribute to the development of our research committee. The IPSA Congress offers an excellent opportunity to present and discuss your research and to advance the debates within the field, while developing your network of collaborators.
The call for panels opens on 8 July 2026. There are two types of panels, each with different submission deadlines:
- Open panel proposal submission deadline by August 26
- Closed panel proposal submission deadline by November 4.

We would very much like to see as many strong proposals from RC20 members as possible.
